eHealth Saskatchewan, an innovative Treasury Crown Corporation connecting people to information through innovative solutions, has an exciting and challenging role for a seasoned and visionary Human Resource leader to join our organization as Vice President People & Performance [VPPP]  our Chief People Officer [CPO].

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the VPPP will take on a senior, strategic and high-profile role within the organization.  The successful candidate will act as a critical business partner and trusted advisor to the executive while providing strategic leadership, direction and oversight for eHealths people related matters and ensuring the work people do aligns and supports our strategic directions and those of our provincial health system.

The VPPP will consistently demonstrate strong business acumen and emotional intelligence, possess significant human resource functional knowledge, and will bring leadership, vision, creativity and passion in driving outcomes through industry-leading people strategies and practices that ensures every employee understands and connects their efforts to our broader goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a system thinker and team player with a proven track record of aligning Human Resources and operational strategies.  The VPPP will be charged with developing a comprehensive organizational People Strategy to align with eHealths mandate and Strategic Plan, and with implanting relevant and impactful people practices for this innovative healthcare leader.

The successful candidate will possess a Master degree with a strong focus on Human Resources, 10 years of recent related experience in a unionized environment, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity in a complex, highly regulated, human resources environment, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
