North Ridge Renovations is currently looking for a Carpenter to join our team.  Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the purpose of the Carpenter position is to support the Site Supervisor in the successful completion of home renovation projects and make the home perfect prior to turnover to the client.

Primary Responsibilities:
Knowledge of all types of residential construction processes
Well-rounded knowledge in all areas of home renovations
Ability to read plans, takeoffs and maintain schedules
Willing to take direction and complete tasks in a timely manner
Professionalism is a must
Strong work ethic and integrity are a must for this position
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
3 years of experience in the construction industry including finishing aspects
Good understanding of housing mechanics including appliances, plumbing, heating, flooring and structural elements
Must have a valid drivers license and own transportation
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions from hot to cold
Self motivated
Positive attitude.
