Are you looking for a rewarding career in the hospitality industry? The HomeSuites Regina East is looking for a dynamic Experienced Part-Time Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent must be upbeat, friendly and customer service & sales oriented as they are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms. The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie HospitDality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome.
This is a Part-Time Permanent position with 16-40 hours/week. Shifts will vary 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm and will be a combination of weekdays and weekends. Previous Front Desk experience is required. Weekends are mandatory.
**Candidates must have excellent English skills and must be legally entitled to work in Canada as the employer does not have a labour market opinion that would support a foreign worker.**
