Who you are:
You are a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether its responding to an emergency request, working through light maintenance projects or conducting regular inspections.
What you bring:
Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in building/property maintenance.
Working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment.
Solid tenant relations - responding to tenant calls for service.
Pride in service delivery to the properties, tenants, and Property Management team.
A valid drivers license.
Bonus skills and experience:
5th class Power Engineering Certification.
Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response.
What success looks like:
You coordinate building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
Your customers are pleased in how you respond to and complete work orders and projects.
You provide ongoing assistance and support to the Property Manager in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.
