Established law firm is seeking a full-time receptionist to cover maternity leave from June 2019 to July 2020. Start date is flexible. The successful candidate must have a polished, professional appearance with pleasant speaking voice and have an excellent ability to manage a number of tasks while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Proficiency in MS Office/Word Perfect is required. Previous receptionist experience in law firm or corporate setting is a benefit. Duties include but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting clients, processing payments, use of electronic diary, data entry and general administrative tasks.
