Golf Course Marshal
Seasonal: Part Time - Casual

Summary:
The Golf Course Marshal assists in ensuring that all guests experience excellent service while playing golf at the Hilllcrest Golf Club.
Taking on an important role at the course, it is your responsibility to ensure that our guests enjoy their golf experience and to assist them in any way possible.
This position reports to the General Manager.
Major responsibilities include:
being completely knowledgeable about the course;
having an excellent presence when working with the guests and members;
maintaining a reasonable pace of play;
keeping in close contact with the Starter and Pro shop assistants;
assisting in setting up special events and leading groups to respective holes;
contacting golf maintenance with any problems that may have occured on the course;
assisting the golf maintenance staff with the movenent of traffic control ropes;
maintaining knowledge of First Aid, CPR and use of AED;
and complying with all safety requirements and regulations.

* Promote proper golf etiquette and rules on the course
* Offer positive feedback to members and guests.
