Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers.
Supervises and coordinate staff.
Handling customer requests.
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of products in front end stations to assure a smooth service period.
Training employees
Implementing front end policies.
Assessing staff performance.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
Scheduling shifts.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Report when something is broken or needs repair
May be required to do some heavy lifting
Perform opening and closing duties as appropriate.
Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
