Job Description: The Recruitment Consultant, Saskdocs, is accountable to the Director by providing support, expertise and leadership to the health system, medical clinics and communities in recruitment and retention of local, national and international health professionals, and information for health professionals and their families wanting to live and work in Saskatchewan. The position contributes to provincial alignment, effectiveness of organizational and cultural change initiatives as they relate to the ability to attract and retain physicians and health professionals. The Recruitment Consultant must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations.  This position works closely with colleagues in Practitioner Staff Affairs, Human Resources, Finance, Physician Executives/Leads, government agencies, licensing bodies and communities province wide.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's license
Undergraduate degree
Experience
Experience, at an operational level, as a Human Resources professional working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
3+ years as a recruiter


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Intermediate computer skills
Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan
Demonstrates a commitment to a diverse, culturally competent and culturally safe work environment and representative workforce
Has demonstrated strong critical thinking, financial and analytical skills
Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity
