Maintenance Utility person:
Primarily cleaning of vacant units in preparation for occupancy
Grass cutting and snow removal
Yard clean-up
Moving appliances
Eavestrough cleaning
Own hand tools
Self motivated, Well organized, good time management, ability to multitask
Honest and dependable
Excellent physical condition
Valid drivers license & clear Criminal Record Check
Preference may be given to Metis applicants
Employer provides Work vehicle, cell phone, small tools.
