Reporting directly to the Customer Care Supervisor, the Customer Care Associate will have a natural ability to develop relationships and handle calls in a friendly and professional manner. They will be intrinsically motivated, outgoing, tech- savvy individuals with strong problem solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.  

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering customer calls and providing support for all Jump.ca products and services
- Qualifying and closing telephone and online sales
- Responding to inquiries and keeping customers up to date with important information
- Understanding the latest technology trends
- Some administrative duties, as required
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience is an asset
