We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team west of Saskatoon. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering telephone calls, greeting people, filing, managing office supplies, assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as general office duties. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience however, a positive attitude, willingness to learn and excellent customer service and communication skills are a definite asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work with confidential information
Focus on strong customer service skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and a variable workload
Class 5 drivers license in good standing required
