Take responsibility for the smooth running of our small dynamic office, where your professionalism initiative and office skills will be welcome. Your full time roll will include providing a full range of office management duties including:

Specific skills / knowledge:
-Knowledge of QuickBooks would be considered an asset
-General accounting knowledge
-Payroll for salary, hourly and commission based employees
-Inventory balancing
-Maintain employee records
-Manage employee health benefits
-HR
-Oversee office policies and procedures
-Prepare operational reports
This is an independent roll and you will need to be comfortable in being self directed and making decisions. This roll will suit you if you have good interpersonal skills, have organizational and problem solving skills.
