Hi-Tec has an immediate opening for an Office Manager, located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The Office Manager demonstrates competencies in:
Business office management and administration
Computerized administrative functions, primarily MS Office Suite and applications specific to operating and accounting systems
Accounting and Bookkeeping
Payroll and benefits administration
Human Resources administration
Record management (digital and hardcopy)
Information gathering and report development
Customer service
Multi-tasking and prioritization
Confidentiality and discretion
Communication (oral, written and digital forums)
The Office Manager will hold:
Post-secondary education and/or experience in Payroll Administration and processing, accounting/bookkeeping, general office/business admin.
Or enough enthusiasm and drive to master the role!
