A new Optometry Clinic in Regina is looking for a motivated, accountable receptionist/technician. This position
offers a great opportunity to help create a modern, customer service-oriented, optometric experience. The
successful candidate will be a respected team member and be given the chance to collaborate in decision-
making for the clinic. Previous optical experience is preferred, but not a necessity.

Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of patient experience
Schedule management booking and confirming appointments, accurately triaging emergencies
Communicate with patients confidently
Basic finance and point of purchase procedures
Operate ophthalmic instruments during preliminary testing and accurately record data
Ensure a positive customer service experience for patients
Skills:
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service communication, kindness, knowledge
Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
Teamwork skills ability to give and take suggestions, ability to be flexible in duties
