Our client is looking to recruit an experienced receptionist to join their team in Regina. In this exiting role, you will play a key part in maintaining a positive, smooth flow of customer service, operations and administrative activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating a busy Switchboard
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, couriers and taxis
* Filing and keeping all records up to date
* Serve as point person for organizing all large mailings
* Take payments by cash, cheque, debit or credit cards
* Accounting data entry
* Managing stationery and newspaper orders and kitchen supplies
* Other duties as assigned
