Fun2Bee Early Learning Center provides care for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years of age. Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment for children to grow through educational play, and our golden rule is be kind to one another. We are currently looking for casual child care workers to join our team!
Positions are to accommodate vacant shifts on an as-needed basis, up to 64 hours/month, with the possibility of becoming permanent part-time. As a casual employee, you will be scheduled in to cover holidays and sick days. You will work collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educations to guide and assist children in the development of daily life skills

- No secondary education is required, however, applicants with previous college level classes have the option of having transcripts evaluated to see if those classes meet requirements for Early Childhood Educator levels.

Required qualifications:
- Recent criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proficient in English language skills

- Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to acquire as soon as possible.

Early Childhood Educator Assistant Skills
- Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them
- Observe children and report on observations to supervisor
- Guide children in development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
- Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
- Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers
- Arrange transition periods such as lunch and rest for children
