Description

We are looking for a Lead Hand that will be working out of the Facilities Management Department in Humboldt, SK, the Lead Hand will coordinate projects in OlySky Facilities.
Responsibilities include:
-To coordinate all aspects of projects
-Coordinate and schedule project crew
-Order and organize supplies and parts
-Troubleshoot problems, provide support to the team and maintain deadlines
-Operate tools and carryout maintenance duties required
-Work closely with Unit Managers and contractors
-Maintain a safe work environment.
-Leave all work sites clean and tidy.
-Attend centrally organized training programs.
-Maintenance duties inside and outside of the facilities required
-Complete work orders
-Other duties as required
Experience Required:
-Mechanical ability required including welding, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical skills
-Good interpersonal skills for working with others
-Good organizational skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
-To be safety conscious, and self-starter
-Effective time management skills and a good attitude
-2-3 years experience in a similar role is an asset
-Hold a valid drivers license
