Description

SaskTel is hiring a total of 9 Inbound Sales Representatives to work in our Saskatoon call centre.  With a fantastic starting wage of $23.79/hour plus the opportunity to earn sales incentives, look no further than SaskTel!

Position Overview:

This is an exciting sales role where you will represent SaskTel in various types of incoming customer calls through 1-800-SASKTEL.  This is a sales focused position where you will lead customers through the entire sales process and represent the customers' best interests.  You will sell products and services to benefit and match their lifestyle and ensure an exceptional customer experience.  

Job Details:
- These positions are of a casual part-time nature, therefore SaskTel does not guarantee a set number of work hours per week.  
- Hours are scheduled according to business need and average 20-25 hours per week.  
- As you start out in the role, you can expect to work a majority of evening and Saturday shifts but you will be required to be available to work during any of the Monday to Saturday shifting.
- Start Date is June 10, 2019

Training Requirements:
- There is a two part training process where you will learn two separate SaskTel product lines
- Passing both training sessions is a condition of employment
- 6 week full-time scheduled training between Monday and Friday
- Training is fully paid

Qualifications:

- Sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence, persuade and deal effectively with others
- Knowledge of SaskTel products and services
- Analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
- Experience working with personal computers and various software applications
- Ability to multi task and adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Successful completion of SaskTel training courses
- Keyboarding skills 20 WPM
