Description

As Administrative Assistant, Financial Services,
you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Advisor/Executive of a reputable independent Investment/Insurance firm in Regina, Saskatchewan.  

In this role, your passion for client service will be supported by your willingness to learn and contribute as a vital member of the team.  

In this role, you will:  
  
- Provide executive support to the Senior Investment Advisor, including planning, followup on activity list items, preparing documents for meetings/clients.    

- Create and maintain client account files, prepare client and account documentation, and record pending activities for future reference.   Prepare correspondence and reports.  

- Ensure clients and employees are treated with the utmost respect, confidentiality and professionalism.   Monitor workload and deadlines; support other members of the team.    

If licensed, process and implement security transactions and transfers, as directed by the Senior Advisor or clients, ensuring a high level of accuracy.  

Education:
- Licensed with IIROC is an asset, along with related training in mutual funds, securities and financial planning.

Experience:
- 3-5+ years experience in the investment, banking and insurance industries is preferred.    

Desired Attributes:
- Motivated and proactive in planning, organizing and supporting the needs of the Senior Advisor.  
- Strong attention to detail.  Able to deal with monetary and sensitive client issues is a professional and confidential manner.
