The Key Auto Group (Yorkton) is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Automotive Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess skills and experience related to the areas of Customer Service, Management, Financing and Sales.

The Sales Manager will lead the sales representatives working at the automotive dealership. This involves overseeing the sales team (staffing and training employees), setting the sales goals, help in financing arrangements, warranties and programs for clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Business Development Centre and Marketing Staff to develop campaigns, marketing plans, events and other effective techniques that will allow the company to excel among the rest.

Coupled with thinking of innovative ways to sell cars, the Auto Sales Manager will also help in endorsing the company, managing inventory, and ensuring all paperwork is completed properly.
