Description

This position is responsible for guiding Innovation Credit Union along its Microsoft Centric journey as well as lead the development and refinement of business intelligence and standards.
This role will incorporate extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, business intelligence and analytics to advance the credit union towards its strategic goals. This leader will oversee a team of Microsoft Specialists and Business Intelligence Analysts with the goal to move the company to high levels of efficiency and member intelligence.

- Act as a change agent and motivate team members to achieve the overall strategic initiatives of the organization.
- Engage in and encourage continuous learning around Microsoft innovations, business analysis, data analysis, data science, and programming.
- Coach staff to execute strategic initiatives relating to business intelligence function.
- Champion the Microsoft suite of products to the organization by educating staff on their use.
- Ensure that the company is leveraging O365 to its utmost capabilities through monitoring and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Champion Innovations Microsoft first direction, business intelligence disciplines/methodologies (leveraging Azure and Power BI) and provide the processes, structures, and tools for effective business intelligence organizationally.
- Lead business intelligence creation and refinement, including the development key performance indicators, standards reporting, cube reporting, dashboards and scorecards.
- Maintain active and open relationships with organizational areas to identify opportunities to automate processes and increase efficiencies ensuring their needs are met and processes improved.
- Utilize risk management tools/techniques & estimate resource requirements; assess risk when making decisions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
