Description

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the timely preparation, coordination, and presentation of financial analysis on company projects, both current and proposed to assist the company in remaining competitive within the marketplace.

Responsibilities:
Preparation, coordination, and documentation of complex financial analysis projects
  o Including financial and expense performance, rate of return and other ratios, development and measurement of key metrics, and investments
Provides analysis and modeling for proactive financial and business-related projects
Provides guidance on investment and project decisions
Conducts special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses
Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments
Prepares financial forecasts and analysis of trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas
Creation and maintenance of financial plans for departments and divisions
Provides leadership in the development, analysis  and evaluation of the divisional budgets, financial variance reports and forecasts

Qualifications
People oriented with strong professional communication skills
Ability to work independently on complex technical and business matters
Possess strong analytical skills
Familiarity with financial statements and analysis
Requires 5+ years of related experience
