Our client in Saskatoon is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join their expanding team! The rate of pay will be dependent upon experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment is properly maintained by implementing repairs as required of equipment to minimize stoppages in production. Maintaining all equipment of a regular basis ensures that the production line is operating efficiently in safe conditions. You will ensure that equipment is properly set up and on time for all production runs while maintaining an inventory of spare parts for needed maintenance and repair. The successful applicant for the role of maintenance Mechanic in Saskatoon will work closely with supervision and production staff to ensure that the best-scheduled periods are selected for maintenance, or to best utilize labour during emergency repairs. Having previous experience with hydraulic and pneumatic repair is essential, as well as maintenance with PLCs. Previous experience with hydraulic and pneumatic repairs
