Receive, verify and enter invoices
Issue payments
Reconcile vendor statements
Process bank and VISA reconciliations
Create and process A/R invoices, enter online for EFT payments
Enter incoming payments
Create bank deposits
Run monthly statements
Complete payroll processing, issue T4s
Remit source deductions, process and remit Corp Tax, GST, and PST remittances
Handle front office reception, including greeting customers and answering telephones
Handle all correspondence
Order parts, handle returns as needed
Maintain spreadsheets
File paperwork physically and electronically
Experience with Sage 50 / Simply Accounting preferred
