Radius CU is currently seeking to fill the position of Marketing Specialist. This position will be a full time, 18 month term, with the role to start immediately. Location of employment is flexible and may be based out of any Radius Credit Union branch. Remote location will be considered based on a suitable candidate.
The Marketing Specialist will help Radius in its overall marketing efforts. The position will be an integral part of the administration of the marketing department by developing and executing new campaigns and strategies to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion, with building member relationships the foremost goal. A strong focus on digital marketing growth will be a priority of this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:  
Developing internal and external marketing materials (print & digital) for all campaigns, distribute to branches, and provide clear explanation of current campaign and materials.
Review and evaluate all marketing campaigns, providing data and reports to management as required. Revise and update campaigns as required to ensure they continue to support organizational goals and objectives.
Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
Provide support to the Manager of Governance and Communications, as required.
Maintain Radius Credit Union website and intranet.
Planning, developing and executing digital marketing plans including social media, RCU website, email, and RCUs mobile banking app.
Qualifications
1-2 years experience in a marketing related field, or a combination of experience and education.
Highly motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while continuing to stay on task and complete projects within required timelines.  
Knowledge of Credit Union System & cooperative values would be an asset.
Strong knowledge of technology is required.
