The Position:

* Maintain a detailed + organized database of products and important related details.
* Support Management by generating and distributing various reports.
* Help ensure E. Bourassa & Sons is an industry leading Farm Equipment Dealership Group through helping oversee the ordering, movement and promotion of the company's products.
* Support the E. Bourassa Sales Team with pricing, programs/promotions, and product details as required.
* Help build orders for the latest and greatest in farming equipment (Tractors, Combines, Sprayers etc.).
* Support the Marketing Department through regular participation in Marketing Meetings and the supply of information, specifications, pictures, videos and other media.
* Help develop new and exciting ways of marketing product and help put these into action.

Minimum Requirements:

* Previous Administrative background or experience.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel through prior experience or training.
* Knowledge of or interest in learning about the Agriculture Industry.
* A strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
* A commitment to superior customer service.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
