Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Setting a clear vision and goals for the Sales Department.
* Manage, train & guide a team of Sales Consultants.
* Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals & performance metrics.
* Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department in collaboration with General Manager.
* Assisting Sales Consultants with closing deals and ensuring units are ready for delivery.

Qualifications & Skill Set:

* Sales experience and expertise as well as knowledge of the Agriculture Industry.
* Enthusiastic and eager to consistently set and achieve growth-oriented targets and goals.
* Proven leadership ability to attract, develop, and retain great talent and build a team environment.
* Experience and desire to effectively work with and leverage technology.
* Enthusiastic and eager to consistently set and achieve growth-oriented targets and goals.

* A desire for continuous improvement - leading and managing change aimed at bettering the business and customer experience.
