The Mennonite Nursing Home and Complex in Rosthern, SK is inviting applications for a permanent full time Assistant Administrator.

We serve all residents by providing quality care and safety for the whole person.
The Assistant Administrator will assist the Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the Mennonite Nursing Home, Country Gardens, Pineview Manor and Sunrise Place.
Qualifications:
Possess Health Administration degree or equivalent.
Minimum two years management/leadership experience.
Must obtain all Personal Care Home education required by the Ministry of Health.
Must demonstrate strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a strong commitment to the ideals expressed in the Mission Statement and a desire to work with the sponsoring body Mennonite Church Saskatchewan.
Long Term Care and Personal Care Home experience is an asset.
