Reception/File Clerk position available to students who qualify for the Canada Summer Job initiative. The position is 35 hours per week, for up 8 weeks.
Competition is open to all students including visible minorities, aboriginal, or individuals with a disability, meeting the requirements of the Canada Summer Job Agreement.
Duties:
To include reception, answering phones, word processing, filing, customer service, and retail sales, and invoicing. Assist with other office duties of photo-copying, computer programs, and general office support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Knowledge, training, and skills in day to day office routines.
Priority given to post secondary training in office education, administration, or related themes.
Requirement to have Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check completed.
