Express Employment Professionals is a staffing & recruiting agency.  Our client is currently looking for a Controls Lead System Specialist here in Regina.

This role requires a solid knowledge base of all HVAC related issues and strong project leadership skills.  You will be responsible for delegating & executing projects including hardware design, system programming, installation coordination & network commissioning.  You will handle the overall project financial aspects including costs, project billings, and collections.  You will oversee the direction of workflow ensuring all subcontractors, installers, and administration employees are on task and adhering to all safety standards.

Requirements:

Technician diploma with 3 years of HVAC related experience including control theory
Technical hands-on experience in systems design & commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems
Strong Computer skills
Project accounting, costing principals & contracting is a major asset
