101181992 Saskatchewan Ltd is looking for a full-time Supervisor-retail for Esso Gas Station & Convenient store (Part-time is encouraged)
We offer $18.75/hr based on 36-40hrs/wk for the right candidate
Overtime rate of $28.13/hr will be provided
Benefit: 5.9% Paid-Vacation
The ideal candidate:    
    Completion of secondary school
    At least 1-2 years related working experience

The successful candidate will perform duties:
    Supervise and co-ordinate stock staffs and cashiers
    Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules
    Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
    Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
    Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
    Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
    Sell merchandise to customers
    Hire and train or arrange for training of new sales staff
