Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for providing day-day support to customers and dealers by processing orders from time of receipt to final delivery. This involves processing the necessary documentation and maintenance of dealer orders in WERPS and providing assistance to the Customer Service team. Please note that this is a 6 months full time term position and may end sooner.

Time and priority management skills; ability to identify important/urgent information and prioritize daily tasks.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Job Duties:
Plan loads and prepare paperwork for deliveries of all disassembled product
Schedule both common couriers and transport companies
Prepare paperwork and arrange container pick-up for international deliveries including customs and fumigation
Maintain minimum stock levels for Augers at all set-up locations
Work with CSRs regarding sales orders
Contact customers regarding picking up product from Set-up yards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Knowledge of internal accounting processes and requirements for invoicing and freight accrual purposes
Progressive experience and responsibility in providing advanced customer service.
clerical/customer service experience; strongly preferred
Experience in a similar industry is an asset
Work Conditions:
Office environment: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
