Description

We are currently looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position at Fusion West Manufacturing Solutions Inc. Reporting to the Controller, the chosen candidate will be the first point of contact for a variety of internal and external customers.

Duties:
- Greeting guests, answering and redirecting calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with day-to-day accounting processes and procedures of the branch, including A/P, A/R, logistics, and Payroll data entry.
- Maintaining general ledger, filing system, distribution lists and records, and data entry
- Complete bank deposits and reconciliations
- Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing support to other office personnel as requested
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience answering and directing multiple phone lines is an asset
- A certificate or diploma in office administration is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Professionalism and an approachable demeanour in a fast-paced environment
- A proven history of providing exceptional customer service, internal and external
