Express Employment Professionals is a full service staffing & recruiting agency.  We have a great opportunity available with a well-established Commercial & Retail Property Management company in Regina.

The successful candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of related experience managing retail establishments, be professional, and success driven.   Preference will be given to those with a post-secondary education in Business Administration, Business Management etc. This individual will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and able to work well under pressure, multi-tasking multiple deadlines, and handle high stressed situations.

Duties will include:

Managing a portfolio of retail properties and client retention
Annual Budgeting, forecasting
Recognizing and addressing problems in a timely manner
Ensuring client needs are being met
Overseeing all managers, maintenance staff etc.

Software Experience:

Word
Excel
Outlook
property management accounting software
