Integrated Family Service Worker based out of the YTCCFS Inc. Central Office and will work under the supervision of the Area Program Manager; will provide a holistic approach to the wellness of the child, the family, and the community, that is based on the culture, traditions and practices involving Elders and Child First Committees along the continuum of care for children,to assess and plan for cultural and professional interventions with families, work collaboratively with Elders and Child First Committees and the First Nations Community based programs/services and the YTCCFS Inc. programs.This position works with the Long Term, PSI and Permanent Case files with respect to case file management and child protection standards compliance
