India House Restaurant LTD. located at 4371 Albert Street, Regina, SK S4S 3R6, is looking for a Restaurant Manager with minimum of one year of experience in managing restaurant or similar establishment. Eligible candidate should have at least a diploma or degree or certificate in a related field. Pay per hour will be $20.00 - $ 25.00, depending upon experience. This is permanent full time position. . We will also consider employees who are willing to work part time. Applicant is expected to have good communication and management skills.
Job duties are some of the following:

    Organize and manage the operation of the restaurant.
    Maximizes restaurant profitability and meet restaurant financial objectives.
    Recruit staff and train the restaurant staff.
    Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
    Negotiate arrangement with suppliers for food and other supplies.
    Manage restaurant budget.
    Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
