Description

Tandoori Kabab . is looking for 2 Indian  Cooks to work on a full-time, permanent basis.

Wage: $13.50/hour based on 40 hours per week

Language: English

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Number of Positions: 2

Minimum Experience:
-Must have knowledge of Indian cuisine, curries, spices and cooking abilities.
-1-2years of experience required in Indian and Pakistani dishes.

Education: Some High School

As An Indian Cuisine Cook, Your Duties Will Include:
-Prepare and cook full course meals
-Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
-Plan menu and be able to cook everything on the menu
-Ensure quality of food and determine portion sizes
-Work with minimal supervision
-Estimate food requirements and cost
-Inspect kitchen and food service area
-Train staff in cooking, preparation and handling food
-Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
-Work with specialized cooking equipment such as a deep fryer
-Manage kitchen operations
-Organize and manage buffets and banquets
