Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately.
Use point of sale system/cash register to record the orders and compute the amount of the bill.
Collects payments from guests and return balance.
Make Sure Pita Pros prepare food neatly, according to recipe and on a timely manner on well sanitize work station.
Perform Cash-In Procedure and counting closing cash and cash balancing at the end of shift.
Check products in prep. Unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply through out the shift.
Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
Clean and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote clean image.
Understand and adheres to the 3-step method for cleaning.
Train newly hired staff and supervise current staff performance
Perform weekly inventory count and enter in system
Effectively open or close store according to business hours
Complete all E-Learning modules as posted in Extreme Brand Portal
