Powerland is looking for a Service Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities include installing and supporting servers, personal computers, printers, associated software, and communication links both in-person and remotely.
Requirements:
* Ability to communicate effectively with end users that have a wide-ranging technology comprehension
* 3+ years experience with servers, networks, visualization
* 3+ years experience supporting personal comuters and printers
* Understanding of IT principles
* Experience securing data, network access and backup systems
* Solid troubleshooting skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
* Quick learner
* Industry certifications related to the above are a definite asset
* Apple experience would be an asset
A valid driver's license is required. A criminal record is required for this position.
