Lynch Property Services Inc. is currently seeking a candidate to fill a part time weekend maintenance worker position. Candidates must be responsible, reliable, self-motivated and physically fit.
Shifts are from 5:30am to 2:30pm, Saturdays, Sundays and all statutory holidays. Candidates MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, CLEAN DRIVERS ABSTRACT and the ability to get to and from work as public transportation may not be available. Because of the nature of this job, employees must not have a criminal record. Criminal record check is required, if hired.
Duties will include shoveling snow, spreading ice melter, litter pick up, inspection of facilities, as well as basic indoor/outdoor maintenance and repair work. Employees will also be required to operate hand tools, snow blowers, walk behind mowers as well as other basic lawn care equipment.
Any certifications such as pesticide applicators license, building systems certificate, etc. would be an asset but is not required.
