Youre experienced in the auto body repair industry, you know OEM repair procedures inside and out, and you live by a code that endorses safe and quality repairs that comply with standards and exceed customer expectations.
If this sounds like you, bring your passion to our team as we introduce our new Shop Relations Representative roles. Well need your exceptional ability to build and manage relationships as you take on the role of liaison between SGI and our repair shop partners, providing guidance, training and support to ensure alignment to SGI processes. To deliver on our goal of a positive customer experience, you will investigate and resolve concerns between SGI customers and repair shops.With repair shop partners located throughout the province, these roles will require extensive travel including overnight stays; our Regina-based position will cover the southern region of the province while our Saskatoon-based position will cover the northern region of the province.

Requirements
Were counting on you to bring a unique combination of knowledge & skills to this role. We are looking for candidates who have a Motor Vehicle Body Repairer Journeyperson certificate (Red Seal), minimum of six I-CAR Courses, along with a minimum of 10 years of industry related experience.  Candidates must possess a valid Drivers licence.
