Con-Tech General Contractors Ltd., is a thriving Saskatoon based commercial builder, is looking to add an Equipment Operator to our growing company. Con-Tech takes pride in promoting a team approach to ensuring that our projects are completed on time, on budget and with exceptional quality.

Con-Tech is looking for an individual that possess a minimum of 8 years experience in earth work/excavating, grading, surveying. Preference will be given to applicants that have experience or possess:

-Assist in planning work schedules and determining and maintaining manpower levels, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
-Monitor work performance and productivity of trades to ensure project rules, procedures, safety requirements, etc. are maintained.
-Advice of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties.
-Follow policies and procedures
-Valid 1A drivers license.
-Leadership and organizational skills
-Experience in underground water/storm/sewer service work

We are looking for an equipment operator that brings a solid work ethic and is willing to work long hours when they are available. We want an individual who is a self-starter and is able to be accountable while working under minimal supervision.
