Reporting to the Foreman, our truck drivers play a key role in ensuring materials get to and from site. We're looking for a driver who is comfortable in water trucks, oil trucks, wiggle wagons, and tractors to work on one of our camps. This means the individual will be working away from home for longer periods of time.

Job Duties:
-Oversee cargo handling and secure loads, including equipment preparation, application of safe practices, and compliance with application Acts and government regulations
-Perform trip inspections on equipment operated and load
-Maneuver truck into loading and unloading positions
-Perform general maintenance on equipment to ensure vehicle is in good working order
-Report any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to vehicle(s)
-Ensure proper paperwork is completed in a timely manner
-Assist in the loading and unloading of truck
-Ensure cargo reaches its destination in a timely manner
Requirements:
-2 4 years experience operating a tandem truck with proven ability to maneuver extended loads
-Valid Class 3A drivers license with the ability to get to and from site
-Clean drivers abstract (please attached a copy of your abstract to your application)
-Ability to perform strenuous, physical tasks on a daily basis
-High attention to detail with strong values rooted in health and safety
-Ability to work in a high paced environment with high physical demand
-Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Flexibility to work out of town for extended periods of time
-Steel-toe safety boots are required
