Zortek Electric Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time, 1st year apprentice electrician position.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and team-oriented ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE to join our team. This position is available immediately focusing on commercial and residential construction. Position is long term and full time.Group Benefit package will be offered to successful candidate. Wage TBD.

- Design and construct single-phase service for single or multimeter installations
- Design and construct low voltage (30 to 750V) multiphase service for single or multimeter installations

- Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits
- Splice, join and connect wires
- Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Install underground wiring and cables
- Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems and structures including swimming pools and hot tubs
