at
CHARLEBOIS COMMUNITY SCHOOL

Charlebois Community School is a K-12 school with a student population of 255; a professional staff component of 17 supported by para-professional, clerical, library and counseling staff.

Desirable qualities for this position include a:
    minimum of five years successful teaching experience;
    willingness to be part of the in-school Administration team;
    orientation and commitment to community development and parental involvement;
    goal oriented, collaborative approach;
    strong instructional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills;
    willingness to work co-operatively and positively with the Local Board of Trustees, parents and community;
    familiarity and experience with northern issues.

Applicants with a minimum of 5 years of school based administrative experience and/or post-graduate training in educational administration or curriculum studies will be given preference.  

This is a full-time, continuing position to commence August 2019.  Salary is according to the provincial grid plus a benefits package that includes subsidized, furnished housing and a northern living allowance.
