The Digital Strategy and Operations Branch of the IT Division is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Digital Service Designer to play a vital role in shaping and evolving government digital services.


An embedded member of multidisciplinary teams, this role applies human-centred and service design methods to understand public facing problems and solve for users end-to-end journey.   As a Senior Digital Service Designer, you will be responsible for researching and understanding the needs and mindsets of our users. Defining service design flows, wireframes, interactions, and visual designs across our range of platforms, as well as testing and evaluating the effectiveness of these designs. You must be a critical, inventive thinker with clear design chops, an excitement for understanding and using data, and an ability to communicate your ideas effectively.
