The R.M. of Pense No. 160 invites applicants to apply for the position of a Full time Seasonal Equipment/Utility Operator. Duties are to commence July 02-2019 until November 30-2019. No experience is necessary, but the individual should be mechanically inclined.
Primary duties will include but not be limited to the operation of Municipal mower for the maintenance of municipal roads.Duties will be assigned by the Employee Supervisor to include but not be limited to the operation of municipal Mower. Along with the maintenance of municipal equipment,manual labour as required including but not limited to sign installation, culvert installation and repair and etc.
Applicants should have or be prepared to obtain a Powered Mobile Equipment(PME) Course.Applicants must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 45 kg/100 lbs.
A valid class 5 licence is a necessity and a class 1A would be an asset.
Salary to start is $20.00/hr, plus the R.M. of Pense No.160 participates in the SARM disability and health programs and also the Municipal Employee Pension Plan.
Proof of a valid driver licence and a driver abstract must be submitted with resume.
