Description

Nychuk & Company, a medium sized law firm practicing in many areas of law, has an immediate opening for a full time receptionist. The successful candidate will present themselves in a pleasant, professional manner; have strong communication skills; be extremely attentive to detail, adaptable, self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- answer a multi-line phone system in a calm, professional manner;
- greet and assist clients/visitors;
- process payments;
- process mail, faxes, and other deliveries;
- data entry;
- general file maintenance;
- monitor supplies;
- effectively communicate with clients, lawyers, and other staff members;
- other administrative tasks as assigned.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 to 5:00 and Friday 8:00 to 4:00.

Benefits and pension available after probationary period.

This is an entry level position and only those candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
