Job Order Detail

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance for 3 carwash locations. Must be mechanically inclined and be proactive when assessing equipment.  

o    Control supplies used in daily needs of the business
o    Delivery of supplies to locations as required
    Maintenance of all buildings
o    Daily visually and mechanically test each piece of equipment
o    Ensure all equipment is operating and ready for our customers
o    Maintain condition of the buildings interior and exterior, and property to meet, or exceed owners expectations
o    Be pro-active assessing equipment and schedule of routine maintenance
    Wash and empty Bay pits
    Snow removal, and sweeping
    Other duties as assigned

Driver's license required
Air brake endorsement preferred (willingness to obtain).

Wage negotiable upon experience and qualifications.
