Provide ongoing supervision and support to Housekeeping Department including overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the area
Perform opening and closing duties as required
Assist with implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals and financial profitability
Responsible for the smooth operation of the department in the absence of the Executive/Regional and or Assistant Housekeeper
Assist in establishing, implementing and monitoring standards of service and operation
Control labour costs by effective shift management
Familiar with working in a union environment
